TREKKER: CHAPELTOWN Arrives in time for Etsy and Denver Comic Con!
Friends, we are getting very close to having a bright, shiny new Trekker book, TREKKER: CHAPELTOWN in print at last! In fact, it will arrive just in time for this weekend’s mile-high Denver Comic Con! I will be there, and, if things go as planned,so will CHAPELTOWN–literally hot off the presses. I’ve been working closely with the printer in hopes of having the new book in time to debut it at the mighty Denver CC. And all indications are that the book will be waiting for me when I arrive in the city later this week! So you’ll be able to swing by the Trekker Empire at Table N-1 and celebrate the new arrival with me!
With the help of many of you incredible Trekker supporters, I have taking on the task of publishing Mercy’s continuing adventures myself through Kickstarter. The campaign that is bringing CHAPELTOWN to print is just the first, major step on this path. It’s a thrilling, arduous job, but immensely rewarding. Because as much as I enjoy having this website as a platform to continue sharing Mercy’s journey, the truth is that I always intent these stories to be experienced in print by as many fans as possible.
With that in mind, I’ve just opened up a brand new online Etsy store. I hope you’ll take a minute to check it out. And whether you feel the need to buy something at the moment please consider leaving a comment or favor an item. That feedback helps these shops thrive, which in turn helps us keep Trekker right on track.
The new book CHAPELTOWN won’t be available for another couple of weeks, but you can pre-order a print copy now, and know that I’ll ship off your copy as soon as the books arrive from the printer!
Trekker and I have entered a new phase in sharing her stories with you, and I could not be more excited with the prospects I see ahead. Thanks for all your support!
