First of all, thank you for the kind words. I keep saying that it means a ton to me to kn ow that these stories work for readers, but that’s only because it is absolutely true. It really keeps me going! Turns out, when you are passionate about something, you really want to share it with others. Who knew?
The comments section has been here all along, it’s just that I have been negligent for a while, and yesterday did a flurry of replies. I’ll do my best to keep current with the comments from now on!

Mikey– you are so right. You got it on the nose– and that’s why I crafted this page to come down to Mercy taking that one simple line from Jekka like a punch to the heart. Glad it worked for you– that’s what makes doing these stories especially meaningful for me.
