Yes– I recognized that I’d put Mercy in such a pose. It seemed fitting– she wasn’t betrayed by a kiss, perhaps, but my hope is that the reversal here is fairly profound. Also, I suspect that somewhere back in my mind I have stored am image from some old Tarzan comic with a similar shot. But that’s just a theory 🙂
