Hunter’s Moon takes a short Posting Pause
Hello, Faithful Trekker Readers!
A short note to explain why, after nine years of consistent weekly posts, I’m hitting the pause button here for a few months.
First– It’s not that Hunter’s Moon page 29 isn’t done. The WHOLE STORY is done. In fact the book is at the printer, even as I type! It should be out to backers of the Kickstarter campaign this April. And that, actually, is what this posting pause is about.
As many of you know, TREKKER has found great support on Kickstarter. It’s been incredibly gratifying. It has allowed me to continue Mercy’s stories in the format that suits the series best– printed books and intact, complete PDF volumes. That’s the way I’d prefer Mercy’s stories to be experienced by readers who are able to support them that way.
That holds true particularly for a story like Hunters Moon, where some big surprises and dramatic moments are coming up soon. And for that reason, I want to give the printed book/completed PDF packages time to catch up with our weekly page posts here.
By May, the books and PDF’s should be delivered to all those backers. And at that time we’ll pick up the tale right here once again. Meantime, there are hundreds and hundreds of previous Trekker pages to revisit, or explore for the first time if you are a new Trekker reader. And if you need any of the earlier volumes in print, the column to the right has links to my Etsy store.
You can also follow me on Patreon, where I intend to keep up weekly posts about various behind-the-scenes Trekker doings.
And, this summer, the NEXT Kickstarter will launch to continue Mercy’s story after the events in Hunter’s Moon.
We’re not done yet– not by a long shot. In fact, in many ways, it feels like we’re just getting to the good stuff. Hope you’ll stay on board for the ride.
